Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Risk Assessment in Waipahu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial storage property.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of storage areas, access points, parking areas, common areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in clear and accurate reports for site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
