Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in Twentynine Palms, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government human services location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a government human services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and assist with directing individuals to appropriate service areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for incidents, patrols, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
