Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial office property while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate offices or contacts.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and other security-related equipment; report unusual activity or system concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, access records, and shift communications; coordinate with building management, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
