You will use computer or tablet systems to support security-related operations, communicate clearly with employees and guests, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Support access-control procedures by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor lobby activity, visitor management systems, and security-related cameras and alarms as assigned, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership while following site-specific policies, emergency response procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
