As a Security Officer Driver Visitor Reception in Lakeland, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and vendors; verifying credentials; and following site-specific access procedures at the front desk.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor credentials as authorized, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or designated areas within the financial institution location.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones, communicating site information, and maintaining awareness of activity in the lobby and reception area.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
