What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a luxury retail location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the sales floor, entrances, fitting rooms, stock areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while presenting a professional appearance consistent with the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
