Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Risk Awareness in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support guests, staff, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Pre-Employment Requirement: Security Experience - +1 Years (C115)

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of guest areas, public spaces, parking areas, entrances, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and help maintain orderly guest and visitor access in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
