As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, observe and report unusual conditions, and document incidents in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist with directing visitors and responding to questions while maintaining a professional presence in a healthcare-related environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Guard card is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Hold CPR certification, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
