What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and report access-control concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least three years of experience as a military police officer, corrections officer, or armed security-related professional, or be a certified law enforcement graduate.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience using alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
