As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will engage with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate observations clearly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
