As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with wayfinding, and report security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift communications accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
