As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns across the assigned location. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, business areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and incident information in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain readiness of assigned equipment and complete required reports, logs, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
