You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notification protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicle activity; verify credentials and direct authorized individuals according to site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, patrols, and unusual activity accurately in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
