As an Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will patrol a retail location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving zones, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Carry assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, company policies, and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
