Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned hotel property to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for restricted areas, receiving deliveries, and authorized personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to hotel management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
