As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic entertainment and retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $19.30 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a high-traffic entertainment and retail location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, perimeter, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe guest and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence and positive guest experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
