As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced restaurant location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, guests, delivery personnel, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a restaurant location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of dining areas, entrances, parking areas, drive-thru lanes, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with traffic flow, deliveries, and/or requests for assistance in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
