Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Compliance in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and conditions requiring attention.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, while providing courteous directions and assistance.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
