Job Description

As a Security Officer Digital Patrol in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while documenting observations and responding to site needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at an automotive business location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, vehicle-related concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
