Prosegur Security is looking for Access Control Officers in West Palm Beach Area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills.This critical position safeguards our clients and what they value the most.
Shift includes: Afternoon
Sun: 1100-1900
Mon:1200-2000
Wed-Thurs: OFF
Fri-Sat:1500-2300
40 hours per week
The starting pay rate is $18.57/HR
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors
- Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the property
- Monitoring operational procedures
- Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas
- Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests
- Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational.
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a valid Security Guard License
- Must have 3 year of experience as a Security Officer
- Must have 3 year of experience in Customer Service
- Must have 3 year of experience as a Shift Supervisor
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have good communications skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
- Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
- Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"
