Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter grounds to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, maintain required logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
