You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and tenants. Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or client representatives by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking facilities, exterior perimeters, and tenant spaces as directed.
• Assist with access control, monitor entrances and exits, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership, local law enforcement, emergency responders, and/or site management as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
