Job Description

As a Security Officer TWIC Route Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Driving Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and directions while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
