Pay Rate: $22.17 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs and/or access records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain a visible front-desk presence to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity, policy violations, or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with routine communications, package and key procedures, and other front-desk administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
