As a Retail Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and professional service. This primarily driving role includes conducting routine vehicle patrols, responding to security-related concerns, and communicating with customers and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and/or disturbances, and report observations according to site-specific procedures.
• Assist with access control, loss prevention support, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
