Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Asset Protection in Redmond, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $24.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a biologics manufacturing location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading locations, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence in a regulated industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
