Pay Rate: $23.58 - $24.58 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, performers, staff, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, performance spaces, entrances, backstage-adjacent areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor screening and access-control procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters as appropriate.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly guest experience during performances, special events, arrivals, departures, and high-traffic periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
