As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport facilities, terminal areas, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures, escalating unauthorized access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and prepare accurate incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with airport operations personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership to support coordinated incident response and daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
