As a Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols and driving assignments, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and help maintain appropriate access control for authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
