As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol a residential property, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, communicate professionally with residents and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, owners, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential property areas, including building exteriors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unauthorized access, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
