As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Valid Driver's License

• Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

Access Control/Badge Experience

• Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201).

Alarm Panel Experience

• Familiarity with alarm panel operations and protocols is required (B202).

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks (B204).

CPR Certification

• A valid CPR certification is mandatory for all candidates (B205).

Customer Service Experience

• Candidates should have relevant customer service experience (B219).

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
