Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance in Iuka, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliable response while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, caring, and innovative culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with visitor and contractor access processes.
• Communicate promptly with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
