As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Desk in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will create a welcoming, professional first impression while monitoring access, assisting visitors, and responding to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution front desk while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization as required, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access to the location, observe lobby activity, and report suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with building personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge system experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
