As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor alarm panels, and respond to security-related concerns. You will use technology to document activity, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, and report access-control irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications to support continuity of operations and security-related awareness.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
