Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Security in Bristol, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports accurately and promptly.
• Maintain awareness of changing conditions across the assigned location, communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and client representatives, and support a professional environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
