Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals to approved destinations.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and front desk communications; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while providing a professional presence in a commercial office location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
