Position: Flex Security Officer
Location: Baltimore, Maryland Area
Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.50 per hour
Employment Type: Flex / As Needed
POSITION SUMMARY
Blueline Security Services is seeking reliable and professional Flex Security Officers to provide security coverage at multiple locations throughout the Baltimore area.
The ideal candidate must be dependable, professional, and able to travel to different client locations based on operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid Maryland Security Officer License

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different locations throughout the Baltimore area

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Must be professional, dependable, and able to follow post orders

Must be able to work independently and respond appropriately to changing site conditions

Must maintain proper uniform and professional appearance

Must be willing to work different shifts and locations as needed
JOB DUTIES

Monitor and patrol assigned properties
-
Deter theft, trespassing, vandalism, and other security concerns
-
Conduct foot and vehicle patrols when assigned

Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas
-
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and other required documentation
-
Report incidents and suspicious activity to supervisors and Operations
-
Follow all site-specific post orders

Maintain a professional presence at all times
-
Provide coverage at different Blueline client locations throughout the Baltimore area
