As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will drive patrol routes, monitor assigned areas, respond to alarms, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors through professional communication and customer service while reporting observations and concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity at the location, reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
